Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Ever Nest is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
Returns & Refunds

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue so we can evaluate your request and provide an appropriate solution.
For returns due to a change of mind or other non-defect reasons, please contact us before sending the product back. Return eligibility and instructions will be provided based on the item and circumstances.
Do not send a product back without contacting us first, as the appropriate return location may vary depending on the product.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, return shipping costs for non-defective items may be the customer's responsibility.
Items must generally be unused, in their original condition, and with their original packaging to be considered for a return.
Refunds
